Rallying for Stacey - Help Fight Metastatic Breast Cancer

I hope this message finds you well. Today, I want to share a story that's close to my heart, about someone who means the world to me, Stacey Castro.

Stacey is not just a friend; she's a beacon of strength, love, and compassion. She's the kind of person who has always put others first, serving her community and being a source of support for anyone in need. But right now, Stacey is facing the biggest challenge of her life – metastatic breast cancer.

Stacey was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in June 2021. She underwent 6 rounds of chemo with 1 1/2 years of immunotherapy a double mastectomy in Dec 2021 and 30 rounds of radiation. In July 2023 she was diagnosed metastatic and began immunotherapy and new chemo treatments with no end date and today on her birthday (4/27/24) she is recovering from an emergency surgery.

This diagnosis has turned her world upside down. It's not just the physical and emotional toll that comes with battling cancer, but it's also the financial burden that's been placed on Stacey and her family. Her treatment costs have been staggering, and the relentless medical appointments have made it impossible for her to continue working.

Stacey's husband and her two boys and her mom are by her side, offering unwavering support, but the reality is that the financial strain is taking a toll on them too. They're struggling to make ends meet while also providing the care and love Stacey needs during this difficult time.
