Ralph Blanchard And Family

On September 24th, Ralph Blanchard , his son & family , lost their home in Lacombe , La  and all belongings  to a total fire loss. Thankfully no one was home & all members of the family are safe and sound. This is after, as many of us locally have also experienced , having lost everything to Hurricane Katrina. Including many irreplaceable, very personal and sentimental items ... guitars , etc.    In trying to make sense of it all & deal with moving forward, there are many needs both financially & personally that are needing to be met. Many of which aren't even known or discoverd yet.   Ralph has been a good friend , dedicated , loving father & grandfather , a fixture in local music community both  on Northshore ( Slidell Music ) & Southshore ( Chalmette Music ) for many years . Has helped many music beginners & musicians from children to Pro adults ( or at least close to adults as musicians can be !! Lol ) with instruments , repairs, guitar lessons, various performance needs, listened to endless banter & band drama ( and kept it all in confidence by the way ! ) , shared his knowledge and advice, connected many a musicians together and is still loved by many.  Please consider donating whatever is comfortable for you to be a part of this family's road to recovery and rebuilding their life.
