Ralph Garcia’s Memorial Celebration of Life Fund

Hi my name is Tina Wall and I am fund raising on behalf of the Garcia family for the unfortunate and unexpected loss of Ralph Garcia.

Ralph (Refail Roland Garcia) born on February 9th, 1966 was taken from us too soon on Sunday, May 30th, 2021 due to complications from surgery. A surgery that was supposed to advance his health. He was working so hard at improving his health and became successful at reaching goals he set.

Holding Ralph’s hand in the ICU all I could think of is, out of all people...this man deserves a chance to survive. A man so selfless and a heart so kind and patient. He was a gentle giant. He had the strength of a bull. An attitude of perseverance. The man never gave up and taught all of us to keep on keepin’ on! But our Creator had other plans for him. Gave him a promotion instead.

In this time of heavy hearts he would want all of us to keep on keepin’ on. He would still selflessly shine his light on all of us wanting us to be happy and healthy.

Even though physically he isn’t here, he gave us all something special either at one time or over the course of many times - memories and life lessons that will be with us forever. And ultimately he gave us gratitude attitude. Although we have great sorrow we must also have gratitude for the time we had with Ralphie.

Personally, he was there for me during some of the hardest times in my life and on the drop of a dime. What a true friend and I will cherish that friendship forever and I’m so sorry and heartbroken it got cut off short. I joked (or was I?) with him asking if he would be my maid of honor at my wedding. Many stories to share and I hope to do so when we celebrate his life.

In order to give Ralph the memorial he deserves I would like to ensure his family has the help they deserve also during this difficult time.

Ralph’s brother Stoney has been working on arrangements. The Funeral home costs have added up. Stoney was able to find a Raiders Urn I’m sure Ralph would totally approve!
