Ralphie's Recovery

My name is Michael Timco, I’m starting this fund for my ex-wife Rita (Wolf) Timco’s, 10-month old Golden Retriever / Golden-Doodle mix named Ralphie. Ralphie is suffering from severe anemia, which was diagnosed on October 21st. On that date he was rushed from a local veterinarian, to an animal hospital in State College, Pa. for an emergency blood transfusion. He returned home the next day, only to realize his condition was not improving. After several phone calls and discussions of what to do next, it was decided to take him to Penn Vet – Ryan Veterinary Hospital in Philadelphia, on Saturday, October 24th. Once there, the supposed visit, turned into an emergency hospitalization. Ralphie remains there in emergency care, while they try to figure out why he is not restoring his red blood cells. He has received two additional blood transfusions and is scheduled for a bone marrow biopsy to test for cancer or other infectious disease. Unfortunately, Ralphie’s insurance will only cover a small amount of the expenses.

I’m asking if you could please help with any size donation to help cover the costs. Any act of kindness would be greatly appreciated, including positive thoughts and prayers.

Anyone who knows Rita, knows she is the kindest, most thoughtful person you could ever meet. This situation is breaking her heart and not being able to be with her precious pup (due to the COVID-19 restrictions and a two-and-a-half hour drive) and trying to manager her small business is making it even harder.
