Ramadan in Sudan, 2025

As we prepare to welcome the blessed month of Ramadan, we must remember our brothers and sisters in Sudan, who are facing immense hardship due to the ongoing war. Since April 2023, millions have been displaced, struggling to find food, water, and basic necessities.

Ramadan in Sudan is an annual initiative dedicated to providing essential food packages to families in need, helping them break their fast with dignity and comfort.

For just £25 GBP / $30 USD, you can provide a complete food package and ready made meals to sustain a family for the entire month. Each package includes:

• 5 bags all-purpose flour / دقيق

• 5 bags whole-wheat flour / دقيق العصيدة

• 10 kg sugar / سكر

• 2 kg pulses and grains / عدسية

• 2 l cooking oil / زيت

• 2 bags dates / بلح

• 2 kg lentils / عدس

• 2 kg rice / رز

Thanks to your generosity, last year we were able to support hundreds of families. This year with the crisis worsening, the need is even greater.

Our goal is to raise £3,000 to distribute food in Port Sudan, Kassala, Atbara, and Sennar.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:

‎“مَنْ فَطَّرَ صَائِمًا كَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِهِ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لاَ يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِ الصَّائِمِ شَيْئًا”

‎(رواه الترمذي وابن ماجه)

“Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like his, without that detracting from the fasting person’s reward in the slightest.” (Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah)

رمضان مبارك

مع هلول شهر رمضان المبارك علينا لا يغيب عن خاطرنا إخواننا وأخواتنا وأبناءنا في السودان، الذين يعيشون أصعب الظروف بسبب الحرب والفقر والتشرد والمعاناة.

منذ اندلاع هذا الحرب المدمر في أبريل ٢٠٢٣، اضطرّ الملايين من الشعب المكلوم للنزوح ومكابدة المعاناة اليومية في تحصيل لقمة العيش وابسط مقومات الحياة الكريمة من ماء ومسكن وعلاج لهم ولأسرهم.

“رمضان في السودان” مبادرة سنوية لتوفير حقائب رمضانية/ ووجبات ساخنة / وثلج.. لهذه الأسر والأفراد الذين ضاقت عليهم مصادر الرزق وأرهقتهم الحوجة.

بمبلغ ٢٥ جنيه استرلينى او ٣٠ دولار يمكننا توفير افطار رمضانى شهري للصائمين في شكل وجبات يومية او حقايب رمضانية تحتوي على:

• ٥ أكياس دقيق أبيض / دقيق

• ٥ أكياس دقيق عصيدة / دقيق العصيدة

• ١٠ كيلو سكر

• ٢ كيلو بقوليات وحبوب عدسية

• ٢ لتر زيت طعام

• ٢ كيس بلح

• ٢ كيلو عدس

• ٢ كيلو رز

قال النبي ﷺ:

‎“مَنْ فَطَّرَ صَائِمًا كَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِهِ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لاَ يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِ الصَّائِمِ شَيْئًا”

بفضل الله وكرمكم ومساهماتكم في السنين الماضية ساعدنا مئات الأسر. وعشمنا نواصل هذه السنة دي ولا يغيب عن اي منا اشتداد الأزمة والحوجة في وطننا الحبيب.
