Supporting Megsy & Thor Through the Loss of Their Beautiful Baby Rambo

With the heaviest of hearts, I write this message as Aunty Ashy, holding Megsy and Thor and Sunny close in love and support during the most unimaginable time of their lives. Last week, their beautiful baby boy, Rambo, took his final breath at just 12 months old. A life so precious, a soul so pure, taken far too soon.

No words can ever truly express the depth of their pain, the heartbreak that now fills their days, or the devastating emptiness in their arms. Rambo was their world—a little warrior who brought so much joy, light, and love into every moment. He was a fighter from the very start, born at just 31 weeks premature, and despite every challenge he faced, he radiated love and resilience.

Rambo’s journey was not an easy one. He endured ongoing health challenges and developmental hurdles that required countless hospital stays. Megsy and Thor poured everything into giving him the best life possible, both being the most incredible parents a child could ever ask for, while also facing time off work due to his unexpected early arrival, post birth trauma and needing to be there for him with his extra needs - with mounting medical bills. The relentless financial pressure that came with every test, every appointment, every moment spent fighting for his well-being came at a cost—one they took on with unwavering love and dedication.

Now, in the midst of their sorrow, they face unexpected funeral expenses and the daunting reality of navigating life after such a profound loss. No parent should have to worry about finances while grieving their child. No parent should have to carry this burden alone.

That’s why we are coming together as a community—to wrap our arms around Megsy and Thor, to lift them up in love, and to help ease even a fraction of their financial stress. Every little bit counts. Whether it’s a donation, a share, or a message of love, your support means the world.
