Ramon Reyna's Assault

Hello Compassionate Friends,

Last night September 20th, the very hard-working and amazingly respected Ramon Reyna, my dad, was assaulted by a man with a large black dog right outside of his house on 18th and Valencia. The dog didn’t even touch my dad, but the owner certainly indulged in kicking and scarring his face for life. The incident happened at midnight, right after arriving from work. Immediately the neighbors communicated to my mom and called 911; he was then rushed to the emergency room. “He was minutes away from bleeding out on the sidewalk,” the doctor said. With over 20 stitches to close the injuries in his forehead, bottom lip and half detached ear, his stay at the emergency room, ambulance fees, time off from his two full-time - minimum hourly paid jobs, and his bills, his tragic incident will put him and mom in a great amount of debt and financial stress. Please help out to lift my humble parents off their knees. He also got his phone stolen and his prescription glasses broken.

The person who assaulted him has not yet been found.
