R&R Coffee Cafe Fund

R&R Coffee Cafe is a locally owned small business in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs, CO. This restaurant and cafe has been a part of the Black Forest community for over 12 years, and now it needs help. COVID-19 has severely limited its operations and sales. They have already had to close one location, and the last remaining location has cut hours and employees. This business has gone from busy mornings with a constant flow of customers to being open only 4 days a week for just 6 hours a day. In addition, sit-down has been closed and drive through the only option due to the cost of running such a space. There is only one employee, the owner, left to run the business' daily operations.

This GoFundMe campaign is to help support this local staple keep its doors open and remain an important community hub for Black Forest. Many of the residents of the area can remember friends, business deals, adventures, good food, and excellent coffee at R&R. The funds raised here would go directly to supporting the business in staying open. This includes, but is not limited to, offsetting the costs of ingredients, rent for the space, and rehiring employees. It would be a tragic loss for this locale to close for any period of time, and this fundraising campaign can help make sure that doesn't happen.

I have been going to R&R cafe for 7 years. It is a place full of strong memories of friendships, love, support, and great food. It breaks my heart to think of the struggles R&R is having, and this campaign is the easiest way to ensure the stability of a place I have loved going to since high school. I would personally be so grateful for any donations to this worthy cause.
