"Just when I think I have learned the way to live, life changes." - Hugh Prather
On October 16th, 2016, our friend, Ramsey, suffered traumatic complications due to peanut allergies. These complications led him to go into cardiac arrest, inducing immediate and life-altering brain damage.
Currently, Ramsey is being tended to by the medical staff of Laurel Regional Hospital in Laurel, MD, around the clock. On a daily basis, he is surrounded by, prayed for, and monitored by his loving parents, immediate family, & loving friends.
As time continues to press on & we continue on with our own lives, our friend is battling for his own life during the most difficult situation he has ever faced. And with that comes medical bills that continue to grow to unfathomable levels.
Ramsey needs us.
Ramsey is one of a kind & prior to his current condition, had "learned the way to live," as he was on his way to great joy & success. He is wildly intelligent, yet so in tune with his emotions, loving everyone deeply; extremely comedic yet knows when to get serious and right down to business when duty calls; and extremely passionate about what he loves, yet knows when to relax a little bit, kick back & enjoy the fruits of life.
World-renown author, H. Jackson Brown, Jr. once said "A true friend encourages us, comforts us, supports us like a big easy chair, offering us a safe refuge from the world."
Let's be that big easy chair for Ramsey.
His life may have changed in the blink of an eye but let us do all that we can to make sure that he gets back to where he left off. Let us offer a sense of encouragement, comfort & refuge for him & his family in their time of need. Let us all be that True Friend to Ramsey Daminabo right here, right now.
Please donate today. God bless you all.
