Help Us Build a Baby Nursery in Baja
Steuerlich absetzbar
In Baja California, one in three teenage girls becomes pregnant before age 18. Sadly,
many of these children are abandoned by their mothers immediately after birth.
Hospitals are ill-equipped to burden the load. Moreover, there are no government
resources to care for these infants.
There is an immediate need to build a facility to help these children. We are raising $150,000 to construct a baby nursery at Rancho De Los Niños Orphanage.
How will the $150,000 be used?
- $110,000 for building costs
- $24,000 for one year of supplies
- $16,000 for one year of staffing
Rancho de Los Niños (formerly Casa de Paz) is an orphanage located in Valle de
Guadalupe, about 90 minutes from the San Diego border. Ninety-two children currently rely on the orphanage for housing, food and education. Jorge and Ely Fonseca, who were both raised in the orphanage, now run the home as directors. Working with Rancho De Los Niños and the Corazón De Vida Foundation, we have created this GoFundMe campaign to support the children.
Together we can end child abandonment by breaking this vicious cycle of poverty. Please help support these children to become future leaders and stalwart members of their communities. Your donation will save lives and ensure their health and well-being for years to come.
Thank you for your contribution.
