Randall Rebels Against Gov Discrimination, Tyranny

I am fundraising for ‘Randall Rebels Against Government Tyranny/Discrimination’ Billboards to remind government & facilities freely taking government taxpayer money that ‘We The People’ have our Creator given rights that include: life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, & equal justice for all under the supreme law of this land, the U.S. Constitution Bill of Rights, 1791.  

I want to encourage others to ‘know their rights,’ and to change from coast to coast unconstitutional laws like: Texas Statute HSC 573: to stop unwarranted abuses of the mental health, court, law enforcement and government payment systems, because if a citizen does not communicate directly the ‘intent’ to do ‘serious harm’ or have done ‘serious harm,’ no corporate, private, public person, or government person has the right to strip innocent U.S. Citizens of their liberties, forcibly lock them up for an indeterminate amount of time, hold them down and repeatedly and forcibly drug them by syringe with high doses of narcotic Haldol till coma-like, slap a diagnosis quickly on their medical file based on other non-medical persons hearsay/lies/opinions and then begin high dose drugging with antipsychotics metal laden to slow down one’s cognitive and physical abilities to be more easily taken advantage of (convenient only for abusers when the physicians get it wrong…oops sorry Rebecca, you just have a high IQ and you’re able to talk fast…oops you really don’t have psychosis like your abuser described to us) locked up with criminals in a psych ward all based on hearsay and others opinions.  Oops, we drugged Rebecca two years with the wrong diagnosis of psychosis on her file due to lies her abuser told doctors when he wanted her locked up one of three times.  Oops, that diagnosis is no longer on my medical file, but my abuser was able to take much more than most abusers get away with in assets while taking advantage of the high metal laden drug that I was forced onto after he kidnapped me twice and took me near Dallas from my master bedroom after filing for divorce, just because he still could. That is government enabled tyranny. It would be illegal for me to do this to my abuser, but anytime my abusers want to have anyone with mental history locked up…it’s okay with government, though it is NOT OKAY under the U.S. Constitution.  Are we yet seeing the main American problem that the media corporations aren’t going to discuss because it is not going to help sell their products?! 

 This is why Texas and ALL other state Texas like Texas Statute HSC 573 must be amended.  Laws all over the country like it have been abused by abusers since the time of the railroad cars that took away thrown away wives of husbands with ten children for being ‘anxious’ or ‘getting too old looking’ to be locked up so their husbands could be with their younger versions and these mothers and wives would sometimes return home 2-3 years later from getting forced ‘treatments,’ (go ahead and research these O treatments among others) the kind that I will not mention; and yes, they were not happy to be reminded of their lower class status as husband chattel.  

This broken national mental healthcare institution has been in the wrong since it’s very beginning in New York in 1792, involuntary commitments of people that are not a ‘serious risk of substantial harm’ to anybody is unamerican and discrimination against innocent citizens.  In fact many are victims of involuntary commitments because of good insurance or ability to get onto Medicaid or Medicare or maybe like me a service connected disabled veteran with a mental health label that I can not remove for bipolar.  Mine is treated and the only consistent anger is that toward the government who unjustly enabled this discrimination and corporate greed to go on and again affect too many lives and cost innocent people great loss of time to spend with their children, financial losses, and of course massive massive deprivation of civil liberties and rights and unequal justice and actually much injustice.    Sheesh, can I just have my daughters back, please, now, Amarillo government?  I can handle the veteran disrespect.  I can handle the excessive force abuse by law enforcement and recent false charges. I can handle the alone in Amarillo feeling from losing all my privacy. I’m good.  

The only people allowed to be held against their will, forcibly drugged at a hospital, forcibly bankrupted, forcibly publicly shamed, and worse by the government and those enabled by it, are innocent citizens with mental health history.  

  It’s been an eleven year journey to finally get the right psychiatrist, psychologist, two antidepressants old ones Wellbutrin and Zoloft with a small therapeutic dose of a mood stabilizer called Lamotrigine.  I hate that I have to give up my privacy and go into the government waters to make something very wrong right and it’ll take too much time, when I just wanted to get out as a captain that honorably served and be a full-time mom.  I don’t get any time with my daughters because the government only sees my label bipolar and not me as a human that’s endured abuse by my abuser since March 2019, based on hearsay and many many lies in a broken mental and government system that allows much corporate profit while massively depriving citizens of their lives and liberties based on nothing but many many lies and much CYA and no government or private hospital accountability.  It’s sad.  It’s sad that because I wrote this their may be people tomorrow from the government wanting to forcibly deprive me of my liberty based on nothing just their false “concern” “safety reasons” or wanting to “protect” me when as a retired woman that wanted out of the government owning my life now I have to live in fear just because I was forced into having a mental health history for asking, just asking a doctor about what is depression medication?  It was wrong to treat me like I might harm myself for asking a simple question.  It was wrong to lock me up then as a 1st Luitenent and still wrong in 2021.  How long America will you still be America, because I see and have experienced here in Amarillo government tyranny.  It is wrong for the government to do to citizens what would be illegal for us to do to other citizens.  Even worse when the government can enable others to do things to us that responsibly regularly proactively take care of our mental health, that would be illegal like braking into our homes, kidnapping us, seizing our assets, selling our assets while innocent and locked up, moving and using our money, houses, and vehicles until our abusers are so kind and allow the private corporate hospital and pharmaceutical benefactors to stop milking government taxpayers for every penny and maybe let us out of forced detention shames, beaten down, etc.  what’s wrong with America, y’all?  There’s too much Corp media drama to sell product or force you government taxpayers to buy Corp product, and if you haven’t noticed Section 1983 gives all government, judges, law enforcement no accountability for any irresponsibility or forgetting of our U.S. Constitution their swear oaths, too.  Hey, I know, kind of a downer.  I’m a hurting mother of twin daughters that the government will not allow me to see at this time and though I served our government and still do, all I wanted was to be left alone by my government in peace so I could raise my daughters at home with all the time in the World for them.  Something is wrong with our government when I may be one of the brightest and best, most well educated and physically fit the military trained as an combat officer and The government considers me, the woman with the Top Secret clearance you put into multimillion dollar jets to fly Air Force planes alone, and I’m a danger?  Government tyranny

What’s wrong with our country? Easy folks, we forgot that our U.S. Constitution matters and to both support and always defend that as a United People, unfortunately the world leading corporations are using the same words used to oppress me in the broken mental healthcare system to deprive a veteran of 76 days to be forcibly drugged against my will on drugs I never required and overdosed on one to almost die.  It’s wrong and I know I’m facing an uphill battle where people just do not care anymore about anyone, but themselves.  

Since the Bill of Rights, America moved forward toward respecting the autonomy of all its citizens…women, minorities, sexual identities, but there’s a group that is still today largely discriminated against under the Texas Statute 573 which is unconstitutional and absolutely un-American. 

I proudly stand for that group of people that seek their own mental health care like I have very responsibly with committed doctors regularly.  It’s no wonder most Americans will not reach out for mental health help.  We get shamed, ridiculed, forcibly detained and involuntarily drugged with heavy doses of narcotics or antipsychotics based on what others just ‘think/believe/lie about.’  We are told by strangers that this is for our safety, for our protection, because we are this or that and might be a danger though no crime or intent to do anything criminal.  

Under HSC 573, people that say another person with mental health history is a ‘significant risk for serious harm,’ now means, we get stripped of our lives and liberties with nothing that we can do to stop the State of Texas and those that profit off this disgusting broken national mental healthcare system from unjustly seizing us and giving us lesser rights than given to criminals when arrested on governmental prejudicial judicial arrest warrants coming from others that lie, have no medical knowledge, and very little known about the over decade of ones responsible mental health treatment.  People from far away and doctors can write lies, false rumors, and forget who they heard them from once we get forcibly drugged at high doses with severe side effects and then ripped off to begin another drug..then another…then another..and then lied to by administration to take rights to juries and other possible ways to stop their abuse.  There’s no accountability in the system as the government agencies do not have the time or resources with so many civil rights complaints going forward, because no one has bothered to defend our U.S. Constitution against the corporate litigators that have enabled the current unconstitutional very profitable for private corporations law.  

It’s wrong for so many innocent people to have their civil liberties massively deprived by others which sometimes are abusers like:

spouses, parents, teen children, adult children, elderly or handicapped caretakers all enabled by government and those the government enable to take/move/sell assets, take children, get divorces in the abusers best interests, lock up teens for the 13th time because parents do not want them at home with private insurance and mostly government taxpayers paying the bills through Medicaid, Medicare, and Veterans Administration.  

It’s wrong that the mental health, court, or law enforcement system should give lesser rights to people with mental health history than afforded to criminals under the sixth amendment.  

It’s wrong that in Potter and Randall County and many more places that people like me are subjected to PRIVATE WITHOUT REPRESENTATION courts in America which are founding fathers were strongly against.  So strongly against that they have given even the right to public courts with representation to criminals.  

Our citizens do not get access to their mental health court legal records in Amarillo.  The government says that it is for our protection.  No!  It is for our oppression and from an unconstitutional unamerican ‘Private’ court where we are not given equal treatment under the law with no say in the private courtroom of Judge Anderson who passes 99% of mental health warrants in Randall County for our unjust seizures of persons violating our 4th amendment.  

Further, we are discriminated against in family law courts where the same discrimination in HSC 573 plays out with excessive hearings and legal fees since we must spend extra time to prove that we are not 3rd class dangerous citizens based on the hearsay or lies of others and actually a regular citizen worthy of any respect from a judge since one has a mental healthcare history that an abuser was easily able to take full advantage of with no recourse for anyone like us, because there’s no way to convict lying abusers because the law states that anyone can testify that he/she ‘thinks/believes’ another is a ‘serious risk for significant harm.’  And there you go, the person gets arrested or forced into a psych ward for an indefinite amount of time. 

My abuser told doctors that did not know me that I had talked to the CIA and said the President was coming to meet me and when Dr Hussain drugged me up high on Geodon due to his lies and my medical file got incorrectly stamped with psychosis, it was because my abuser said he was ‘concerned’ about my mental health though I had a regular psychiatrist and psychologist and regular care, I was repeatedly locked up when convenient for this abuser and given drugs forcibly that I never required.  It was wrong.  It was unconstitutional and a lot of corporations make money off of our group, the only U.S citizen group without their own autonomy.  We can be forced at anytime by our government or corrupt Pavillion doctors that check boxes and lie that we are likely to cause serious harm to ourselves and the box for not having the cognitive capability to make an informed decision about whether or not to submit to treatment when in cases like mine, I had already submitted to regular treatment.  The taxpayers paid over a quarter million and there was no way they would stop abusing me at our local institution for standing up for what is right when they failed miserably to honor our U.S. Constitutional ‘Basic Patient Care Rights.’

Our courageous founding fathers declared to the World in 27 bullets in their most rebellious Rebel document, ‘The Declaration of Independence of 1776, listing the tyrant (gov oppression) offenses of King George III in the name of both: greed and profit. 

Here is My Story

For 76 days by abusers, I have been unjustly locked up four times, not out of true “concern” but false “safety” concern; and not for my “protection” but my “oppression.”  So deputy Bernal when you shoved me down on the ground by my red convertible this last Friday which protests those like you in government, your bogus resisting arrest charge which I absolutely did NOT do, was dropped, and you and those tyrants like you that abuse your government or our tax paying power, stop NOW!  We The People Unite and Stand Against Government Tyranny and Discrimination till our end.  Peacefully.  This is only our beginning of forming our group to keep Amarillo and America Great. 

 I am a retired veteran and have felt a great deal of discrimination and abuse since moving to Amarillo.   Since 2009, I have a medically treated service connected disability for bipolar.  I feel like a third-class citizen, because others have been able to abuse the subjective broken national mental health and unconstitutional tyrannical private local county courts without giving me or others any representation.  The abusers bring hearsay and lies to massively deprive me and others of our civil liberties and this happens to too many people nationwide in the name of profit and to steal what is not theirs from others as they have done to me. 

 I choose to share my story with the goal of helping fix America starting with our broken mental health system which operates outside the bounds of our U.S. Constitution and violates third-class citizens ‘Basic Patient Care Rights.’  As a combat veteran mother of twins treated as one of many many government discriminated against third-class citizens in Randall County, we are good innocent people many like me with absolutely no criminal history just a mental health history & the fact that greedy corporations get to fleece the government taxpayer money backed up by their highly paid litigation team is disgusting to me.  

 I was repeatedly forcibly drugged by stranger doctors listening to others lies till coma-like in the Amarillo VA in March 2019.  While I stood up for the U.S. Constitution ‘Basic Patient Care Rights,’ I continued to be forcibly drugged with heavy mental ridden anti-psychotics though what the person that wanted me locked up said was lies.  No one would listen to me and the abuse got worse with an overdose that nearly killed me as the initial dose was for a 200 lb. person when I was 109 lbs. luckily I woke up after being unable to breathe and running to get help before going unconscious on the NWTX Hospital Pavillion floor to wake in a puddle of blood. My horrific 45 days till hospital administrators forced my doctor to discharge me with severe trauma and unstable medication led to many side effects to begin two years of dosing on all the first line anti-psychotics that my brain and body simply couldn’t handle and while some of its systems nearly stopped, I’m finally free and okay on just a small therapeutic dose of mood stabilizer, all that I really needed with my regular Wellbutrin and Venalyfaxine antidepressants.  The person that chose to abuse me locked me up by force two more times to deprive me of my daughters.  

I will stand for what is right, no matter the cost, I am Fearless Lady Liberty and my daughters will never endure such treatment in a broken national mental healthcare system as long as I live and I will stand and fight for the next decade or longer no matter the cost.  I know the emotional hurt worse than death which I would not cause harm to anyone.   A pain worse than death itself is loving your children more than yourself no matter what the wrong drugs do to harm you.  

I have been unjustly locked up three times and I was never any cause for harm and It was never the least restrictive means of treatment for me.  The strangers in the system or my abusers ready to take from me are reasons why involuntary confinement must not continue in private any longer as it does not protect innocent citizens when these kind of people dominate or abuse the system in secrecy in private, under too much CYA, they are true tyrants that must be acknowledged, exposed, and stopped. 

This all could have been avoided if the system operated inside the bounds of the U.S Constitution with Bill of Rights included.  In the psych hospitals those rights are clearly posted and often ignored as I plainly showed to the Pavillion in 145 complaints tied to it while their answer was silence.  They introduced me to the litigation team of the NWTX hospital and told me no one in the hospital was allowed to answer including the Patient Advocate who would not be allowed to help me in anyway said these attorneys as no one would be allowed to answer any of my questions.  This happened on around day 23 of 45.  

 It’s when tyrants get to create law, policies, and get backed by private without representation courts when we have no recourse, no access to our mental health legal records from the government..these significant abuses occur and many many were there during my stay at the local Pavillion March-May 2019, and again in June 2020, when unjustly locked up again by the same abuser plus some that were misled and not right to make any decisions for me when I could do that for myself.  I never met the critical mostly subjective criteria for involuntary hospitalization, yet it happens to lots of other people, too, and it is not okay and should not be allowed to continue.  It is wrong.  Those that are so blind need to be retired or forced out of the system as they are the true danger causing and enabling, U.S. government discrimination towards third-class citizens with mental health history.  

Rather than anyone telling me they had a “concern” to justify deprivation of my civil liberties and allow me to walk across the street to my regular medical providers at the VA mental health where I had established non-stop regular mental health treatment, that I’ve gone to since early 2015, nonstop responsibly taking my small bit of medication: Wellbutrin, venalyfaxine, and a small therapeutic dose of lamotrigine.  

No instead, I was lied to by the head of mental health, Dr Lambert, and walked without any resistance into the ER lions den to be unjustly abused in a barbaric manner when I had not committed any crime.  In fact look up the systems of mania, none of them are reasons to lock someone up and can be treated on outpatient basis as I already had well established care right there and did not need to be forced, split away unjustly from my daughters for them to take from me, time with my daughters, loss of monetary value, and massive deprivation of my civil Liberty.

As my forever Amarillo home grows along with my young twin daughters, it must be held accountable at all levels of government to honor, respect, and operate within the bounds of our Constitution honoring ‘We The People’s” Creator given right to our life, Liberty, and pursuit of happiness.

I have a second goal of reducing or eliminating mental health related ignorance and stigma. I do want to go to the Texas and U.S. Supreme Courts to amend the sixth amendment to, in writing, give discriminated against third-class citizens in Randall County/Coast to U.S. Coast that have any mental health history, the safety and true protection that our 9th amendment gives us already, as we too, have the right to be treated equally among all U.S. citizens. 

  The sixth amendment should be amended to ensure proper protection from government oppression, because it is plainly our U.S. Citizen right as an ‘innocent U.S. Citizen not guilty of any crime,’ to be given at least equal or better rights than what is afforded to criminals by the sixth amendment when we are unjustly seized in violation of our fourth amendment right by law enforcement when judges pass 99% of mental health warrants in Randall County in tyrannical unconstitutional PRIVATE (not public) courts WITHOUT REPRESENTATION . Sound like King George III and alarming to you as well, please join us for a Thomas Jefferson $0.05 coin. This must be done to stop discrimination, prejudice, mental health stigma and ignorance, and to ensure justice for all.

I will pay out of pocket to raise eight billboards. If the good people of our community wish to help me get this message out to raise the U.S. flag (so to speak) together as together ‘United We Stand’ as a reminder that ‘We The People’ is who our government serves, is accountable to, and hence where it’s power is derived. I would be honored to have your help to make a true difference and appreciate your help in fixing our country’s broken mental healthcare system for the better of both the good people like my good psychiatrist and psychologist doctors, who willingly serve those with and w/o brain issues, innocent U.S. Citizens that all pledged oaths to support and DEFEND our U.S. Constitution against all enemies: both foreign and domestic. 

   These Panhandle veterans who voluntarily go to seek their own mental health care at the Veterans Administration should be treated respectfully, never lied to, and absolutely not in any case be forced down to be injected multiple times against their will till coma-like, yes, this happened right here in Amarillo, with the narcotic called HALDOL. 

  There are millions of people struggling with brains that make their lives feel like such a struggle and the majority are not treated due to resources, stigma, and a very scary long journey made shameful and horrific sometimes by the fast food type psych hospitals that mostly need to fill beds to take payment for their profit boards.  It’s sick and sad to witness when you can not get out.  Because, some facilities choose to place profit over people’s “Basic Patient Care Rights” derived from our State’s and U.S. Constitution. 

     When our broken mental health system and people inside clearly know and honor other’s Creator given rights, the system willfully will be accountable to the people to operate within the bounds of The U.S. Constitution, which thankfully the fourteenth amendment makes all States recognize this as the supreme law of the land. Our Constitution and my favorite part of it, Bill of Rights, thank you Thomas Jefferson, so cool, that over 160 other World Countries out of 226+ have copied our U.S. Constitution.
