Make it to Disability Fund

I didn't really want to do this, there are lots of people out there hurting badly, but my situation isn't all that great.
At the beginning of this year, I was doing terribly. I could barely walk up stairs and barely stay on my feet. My kidney disease had gotten worse. I stopped working full time at my job, because I was unreliable and couldn't make all my hours.
I started dialysis in June and got tested to be put on the kidney transplant list. In the middle of all the tests, they found a 60% blockage in one of my arteries and put a stent in.
It's been an intense few months between operations and dialysis, and I wasn't working for three months. I got by thanks to family, but I can't rely on them for everything. I applied for disability when my condition started to worsen in February, but I was rejected. My case is much stronger now that I'm on dialysis, and I got a lawyer, but the lawyer told me that she expects to get a hearing in February of 2019... a full year after I first applied.
I'm working one day a week at my old job, but it's hard for me to find work when I'm on dialysis three days a week. Including travel, dialysis is 4 - 5 hours of my life every other day. It's hard to be employed full time at a job when you have to leave early to go get dialysis. Working at my old job on a day I have dialysis is also very intense and I'm usually drained and unable to do much the next day.
The bills are starting to pile up, and while I'm a firm believer in digging myself out of my own problems, I'm not able to do that anymore.
So this GoFundMe covers approximately what I'd need to get through the next four months, to help get me to February 2019.
It mainly covers food, travel expenses (Metrocards and emergency Lyft/Uber/cabs when I need them) and any other emergency needs I may have. I'll be able to pay off the overdue debt on my cards and min pay them until disability comes through.
