Raspberry Pi’s and Hardware For Kids

Update: Thank you all so much for the generous donations! We have met our half way mark and are now working towards our larger goal of $10,000. This will provide computers for the labs, and the necessary network setup for the students to learn on. Keep sharing and thank you so much for making this opportunity possible. Introducing students at a young age to the possibilities in cyber security is more important now than its ever been. We need to close the jobs shortage with qualified professionals, and teaching foundational skills early on benefits all of us. 

I am a cyber security professional who wants to help the local high school Cyber Academy students learn to develop and hack with hands on tools. There are roughly 105 students. All monies will be used for some Pi’s, additional hardware and teaching tools. If you have hardware to donate we would love that also and I can cover shipping cost. 

The school has had to use all of its resources for virtual learning so the labs have been stripped for the year. Help me give the students something to work on during this difficult year! 

Every penny will go to the cyber academy.
