Stop the Station, Save North Perth

Developers have appealed the recent decision to reject a large 24/7 petrol station in the heart of Angove St, North Perth.

The appeal is now in process at the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT).

This is hugely concerning for the North Perth community, including North Perth Primary School families, residents and local business owners. This development will endanger our health, our livelihoods and our way of life.

The Stop the Station group has engaged a professional planner to represent our community during the appeal. This is the same planner who successfully represented us in earlier JDAP processes where the developer’s plans were unanimously rejected.

It is only via these services that the community has an ongoing voice in the fight to Stop the Station.

Any leftover funds will be put towards the ongoing work of the Stop the Station group to save North Perth from this development, such as printing and engaging other technical experts as needed.
