Raul Chavez Portillo Grave Marker

Last May 7th, 2022, our beloved capitan of Grupo Huitzilopochtli, Raul Chavez passed away. We were fortunate enough to raise enough funds to bury him at Olingers Cemetary, due to the generosity of his most generous community and a donation of his grave site by Lakewood United Methodist Church. On May 5th and 6th, we will have a blessing ceremony at the church to honor his life. To date, we have not been able to provide him with a proper grave marker. We are humbly asking our community to help us raise the money to place a flat granite marker on his grave. We are hoping to buy a large stone with his portrait and a vase, but if we do not raise enough to do so, will go with a smaller stone.
