Raul DeJesus Rios

Raúl Rios was murdered on July 25th by unknown suspect/s. He was new to the neighborhood, bored of sitting in the house. He just started to venture out. He was playing football with the little kids from the neighborhood. I am not sure what led to the circumstances because my brother was a sweet goofy kid. He loved music, dancing, singing, skateboarding and video games. This happened unexpectedly we aren’t prepared for this. Anything will help. Thank you!
