Hello All,

Ray Carter at a very young age of 31, abruptly lost his life today 3/21/22 and was the sole provider for his wife and three children. Ray was a devoted father, husband, friend and co-worker. Ray cherished every moment he shared with his family & friends. He will be missed immensely. Ray is survived by his wife Christina, Aleha, who is seven and will celebrate her 8th birthday on 3/24/22, Bentley, five, and Carly, three. Please help Christina Carter and their three children during their time of need.
