Ray V. Pottorf Elementary Odyssey of the Mind

We are THRILLED that RVP's 5th grade Odyssey of the Mind team qualified for World Finals in Ames, Iowa! They would GREATLY appreciate donations made to support their program. This team will have expenses for this trip, including registration, flights, shuttles, room, and board.

Odyssey of the Mind is a creative, problem-solving team competition. Students brainstorm ideas and construct all scripts, props and costumes used in their presentations. This team was challenged with creating an original environmental threat in addition to a device that solves the problem and returns the environment to its prethreatened state. To be invited to the World Finals, this team advanced through the local Sun Region Tournament and the Florida State Tournament.

We are VERY EXCITED about the opportunity these students will have to experience the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals and appreciate all donations!
