Raymond Boardman

Hello, My name is Shawn Hofer and I’m fundraising for my father-in-law Raymond Boardman. Raymond has always been a hard worker and always willing to help anyone he can. He would take the shirt off his back to give to someone else that is in need. Raymond was working at UPS and had an accident and fell in January of 2020. After the fall Ray started experiencing tremendous pain and started losing feeling in his legs and couldn’t work anymore. Ray had a doctor appointment recently since he wasn’t getting any better, where he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Peripheral Neuropathy. With him at stage four, his legs and feet have become very numb and painful because the damage to his nerves have become so severe that there are no healthy nerves left to carry signals to his brain. The treatment to help with his nerves is expensive, and they need $5,000.00 up front to pay for this treatment . If Ray doesn’t get this treatment , he will have to amputate both feet.
