Hello. My name is Mona. We honestly truly hate even having to do this, but we have no other choice to ask for help. Those of you who know us, you know we would never normally ask for help. We are the ones who would rather help others instead. We lost Duane on Saturday, March 30th. He was a wonderful son, husband, brother, father, and uncle and we know that he is going to be terribly missed. By a lot of people. He was every bit a brother to others and a father figure to our daughters' friends and classmates. His service he did for the community as a police officer at Claremont and then the Town of Catawba for 30+ years will always be remembered. We aren't expecting much if anything and please do not feel obligated, but we do need help with the expenses because it is hard for us right now. There is so much more than we expected that we need to take care of. We all thank you for whatever you may be able to help us with. There will be a Celebration of Life on Monday, April 8th, 2024 from 5pm-7pm at the Claremont Fire Department. Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate with us. More information will be posted on my Facebook page and on Ageless Treasure's Facebook. He is being taken care of by Drum Funeral Home: https://www.dignitymemorial.com/obituaries/conover-nc/raymond-cozzen-11750317
