Raymond Elam Memorial Fundraiser

In honor of the late Raymond Kenneth Elam, we've started this fundraiser to help the family with funeral and family expenses. Ray was tragically killed while working in Tahoe City, watering the downtown flower baskets like he has done every morning for over 10 years.

Ray is survived by his two boys, Sonny and Benjamin.

Tahoe City Downtown Association’s staff and board of directors would like to extend their deepest sympathy and support to his family and friends.
