Raymond Ham's Cremated Remains Returned To Family

I am Raymond's wife, Charlene Ham. My husband passed away January 26th, 2024. To get his cremated remains out of New Mexico I have to pay the county $1200. I made a promise to my husband that I would not leave him in New Mexico because we hated being there but with his illness we could not move. After March 12, 2024 he will be considered unclaimed and the cost of getting his remains drops to $1200 from the original $4200 the funeral home wants. It breaks my heart to allow my husband to be "unclaimed". I am desperate to get his remains and I need help due to living on a fixed income. Please please donate any amount. It all adds up.
