There are moments in our lives where we know deep in the depths of our being that this breath of our journey is for “such a time as this” - reckoning moments. Moments on our timelines where we either believe that everything that we have walked through, grown through, and have overcome are moments that tell the testimony of His goodness in our life, or we don’t. Moments that shift family history and remind us that someone in the family line has to be the catalyst, the pattern breaker for change, the one whom the story is re-written through.

For this family it is my big brother, my best friend, my inspiration, and the realest warrior I know - Ray. He is the first fruit of our mother's womb, a Jr. to our fathers name. He is a generational chain breaker who is currently undergoing the process of strategizing, preparing and employing into action against the injustice called pancreatic cancer. If you know him, you know that his life and love lived out loud speaks a louder message than anything I can write.

Ray and his wife Ingrid of 22 years and their two sons Ray & Eli, love, serve and extend their tent and hand to all without expecting anything in return.

I share this with you all as his sister, who is linking arms with her brother, because we want to invite you into this journey to watch the hand of God move upon my brother and our families’ bloodline from generations of old and generations to come. This is a story of redemption, restoration, recompense, reconciliation and victory because we already know the end of the story.

My brother is one of the hardest working men I know and currently the sole provider for his family. The goal of this GoFundMe is to remove any burdens, concerns or financial stress for Ray & his family during this time.
