At my most recent oncologist appointment, we discovered that my breast cancer was back. I now have to live with Secondary Breast Cancer of the Liver, Spine, Left Shoulder, Pelvis and multiple lymph nodes involved. It is stage 4, and it isn't curable. After various tests, the game plan is for me to try a new Chemotherapy Pill and a more potent hormone blocker (to block my hormones since it's hormone positive). If they work, I will take those every day for the rest of my life. Plus, I will do an infusion for my bones ( I have fractures throughout my spine) and bloodwork every 3 to 4 weeks to monitor whether or not I am going into remission. They have had a high success rate with this treatment plan, and if it doesn't work, then I will have to go back to doing IV Chemo and Radiation as a last resort.

I need prayers for my kids, family, and friends. This will be a hard and long road, and all we can do is take it one day at a time.
