In Loving Memory of Christian Rangel

In the early morning of Saturday, March 30, 2024, my brother Christian Rangel was murdered. It happened only 8 days after his 30th birthday.

While the exact events and parties responsible remain a mystery there is plenty we do know.

My brother Christian was a family man. Although he had no kids of his own he loved his nieces like they were his own daughters. Christian was generous, sometimes to a fault and it would weigh on him if he wasn’t able to help. He was religious, granted maybe not devout, but he believed in the word of God and showing up to mass with his family brought him much joy. My brother was sentimental, in his own way. He had a gruff exterior but he would laugh the loudest when among his friends and family, and mementos he kept of them in his apartment gave away his big heart.

In the aftermath of this tragedy we are left behind broken and reeling with questions that may never be answered but life moves on and we face sudden bills and expenses that we were completely unprepared for. No parent thinks to outlive their son. No brother could imagine not being there to protect his little brother..

As we grieve and attempt to recover we would like to humbly ask for any support that you may be able to offer.

Any and all proceeds will go directly to covering funeral costs and expenses the Rangel Family may encounter in this time of need.
