Cathy Shannon is a loving wife, mother & grandmother who is devoted to helping family and friends. She has always put others before herself and has recently been dealt a bad hand repeatedly. She has battled cancer for the second time in less than a year, and continues to work hard and still puts others before herself. She’s the type of person who would give anyone the shirt off her own back. We here at Esposito’s Restaurant have been lucky enough to work with Cathy for quite some time and consider her to be family.
