R-CPD Road to Relief

Hi my name is Sidney Rosiak, I am 22 years old and I suffer from R-CPD. I have not been able to burp for as long as I can remember. It may sound dumb needing medical attention for not burping. But this disease has been ruining my life.

The disease is explained in the YouTube video, but I will give a short run down of my day to day life.

Everyday usually later in the day I am hit with the symptoms of constantly having embarrassing and loud gurgling noises in my throat and spitting up this extremely thick foaming saliva every couple seconds, which leads to me feeling like I have to burp so bad or even vomit, which leads to dry heaving or me gagging myself to relieve the pressure. I am usually gagging myself almost 15-20 times a day and my throat is extremely sore almost everyday from it. I have severe abdominal and tight chest pain randomly to where I can’t stand. I am almost always bloated because of all that gas build up and I am losing weight because I’m trying to avoid the least amount of gas possible.

I get no relief so when these things happen I have to leave work or wherever I am at to go home and lay flat in my bed to calm the symptoms. Which also causes me to be extremely antisocial and no go out anywhere.

My procedure is in July. Any donations help and even sharing this would help a lot! Please help me on my road to relief.
