Life changing surgery

My lovely daughter Pauline has been diagnosed with syringomyelia which is a rare cavity in her spine caused  by a car accident. This condition means she is in chronic pain and it will eventually lead to loss of power in her limbs.   There are no treatment options available on nhs except pain relief and this has stopped working.  Through research we have found out about a specialist clinic in Barcelona - Chairi institute which offers pioneering surgical treatment and Pauline has been deemed suitable for the operation.  Pauline has 4 children and some days is unable to get up to look after her family.  This operation would be life changing.
