Hello my Name is Melinda McCoy, Devan's cousin. We unexpectedly lost Devan on January 29, 2023. I am setting up this account to try and raise funds to give Devan the proper burial that she so deserved. Devan leaves behind many family members and friends that will cherish our memories with her. She was a loving and caring person who never met a stranger. Any and all donations will go to funeral and burial costs. No donation is too small.
