Reached Rock Bottom, Need some Help

Hey People, so here is the GoFundMe campaign as some of you recommended creating.

My name is Vahagn, I'm 32, Product Designer, Founder, left Armenia with the age of 5. Here again some details about my current situation and the backstory:

I am currently stuck in Armenia and cannot return home. The reason is that I am being held because of military service and a court case has been opened against me. My sick Mother waits since a year, for me to return.

The Armenian government buttered me up and convinced me, like others, to come back to Armenia with my business to help the country. They also invited me and one of my employees to take part in a startup program in Armenia and get to know the country better. I emphasized that I had not served and that I might have problems with military service. They promised me that this would not be a problem and that they would take care of it and help me.

I was arrested when I entered the country. I am currently free thanks to a lawyer, but I am not allowed to leave the country. The court case against me has been going on for almost a year now, with 6-7 instances. I have almost no money left for a lawyer or hospital costs or anything else. I was only recently given an ID. I couldn't do anything, not even open a bank account. I have to go to a few doctors' appointments and soon I have... again... a court and can't even cover the legal costs.

With the new law, I wanted to borrow €19,000 from a friend to serve for a month, fly back, sell the last of my belongings and pay it back. Because they wanted me to pay money, the court case was drawn out. I could have done that in this summer because now is a call up, but after the tests I was told that I was not fit for military service and had to pay €35,000. No one from the government wants to help me, everyone is washing their hands of it.

So I'm stuck here for years and am currently actively looking for a remote job. I would be grateful for any help.
