I have discovered that we can obtain a comprehensive client list of every property management and real estate business that bought the RealPage YieldStar software currently under federal investigation and facing a private lawsuit for enabling price fixing among landlords.

I will then publish this data publicly, which will allow us to crowdsource the task of reaching out to the millions of people who were and continue to be directly affected by this alleged price fixing... and furthermore, it will allow us to hold these companies accountable for participating in this alleged price fixing scheme.

The money raised here will go toward purchasing the client list, publishing the relevant data such as a list of property management companies who bought realpage yieldstar, the date of purchase, and the list of their properties which were likely affected, and reaching out to tenants and former tenants to inform them of the lawsuit.
