ReBar Employee Assistance Fund
Donation protected

I come to you today with great humility and modesty. As most of you are aware, all nightclubs have been shuttered due to Covid -19. At this moment we are closed for two weeks and unable to provide a working environment so that our staff can generate income. Everyday that passes it seems likely that the time frame will be extended.
Over the last several days, many of you have reached out expressing your concerns for our staff and their well being. Many of you have offered various methods of help and that truly warms our heart!
After much consideration and communication with our staff, I have decided to create an employee assistance fund. Obviously, most of us were not prepared for this pandemic and absolutely feel the emotional and financial strains that Covid -19 has ushered in.
We are also aware that there are many, many others who are suffering as well. Anyone who has stepped foot into ReBar knows that our staff is the lifeblood of the bar! They have stuck by through thick and thin, business fluctuations and a major downsizing. It's our every intention to use our platform as much as we can to support them in this very challenging time.
What we have learned over the last several years from Rich's to ReBar is that our patrons are very loyal, empathetic and will go out of their way for us! In the very recent days you all have expressed that "love" tremendously!
If you have the ability to donate it would be absolutely appreciated and NOTED! If you do not, we completely understand and wouldn't ask you to put yourself into a bind. All donations will go directly to the EMPLOYEES of ReBar. When we can reopen all employees will have their job.
Thank you, for taking the time to read this and we look forward to seeing you on the dance floor hopefully sooner than later. Please stay safe Houston! Your help is greatly appreciated!
*We are also working on a "virtual" club experience with DJ Joe Ross broadcasting live from ReBar this Saturday.
