Hello all, First I will introduce myself I am Brandon Carney and I have been very close to the Grinnell family for about 12 years. I am here making this GoFundMe for Becky and the kids. We have all been around the past few days and realize that their are small things we can all do to help Rebecca and the kids in the time of need. My good friend Don was lifted home yesterday at approximently 11:30am. He decided he would take his favorite day like he always said he would and he used it. May the 4th. He was a very special person. He would never let you sit alone. He would ask a lot of questions because he was just so worried about everyone around him. He would do anything for you. And if "real talk" came out. Just grab a drink and sit down. So many tears have been shared and shed this week. In memory of you. I want to take this opportunity to share just a small piece of his story and try to get Becky, Brendan, Brianna and Ashley a little push on the next few things they have to accomplish! You are already so dearly missed my beloved freind by so many people, you've impacted me personally and I'm going to do the best I can for your wife and kids. If I could go back and tell you one thing . I would say thank you. Thank you for being my friend!
