Hi, my name is Silvia and I am fundraising on behalf of Leyla Peterson, Rebeca's mother, because a little over two months ago, my wonderful cousin Rebeca was hospitalized and she has been in critical condition since.

This past week, things have escalated quickly and three major organs have failed. The only thing keeping her alive, are the machines. The doctors say the prognosis isn’t good and recommend we start the process of disconnecting her so she is no longer in pain. We are preparing to lose her in the coming days.

We ask for any donation you can give to help Leyla handle funeral costs and to care for Elena, Rebeca’s beautiful 15 year old daughter that she leaves behind. If you can’t donate, please pray for our family during this difficult time or consider sharing this GoFundMe.
