Rebecca Brown Family Fire Recovery Fund

On Friday, March 6, 2020 in the early morning, Rebecca Brown was getting ready for work and noticed smoke was filling her house. Within minutes of escaping  with her daughter, two grand kids and dogs, flames consumed the house, destroying everything. We are grateful they we were all able to get out safely.  We are heartbroken and mourn the total loss as all their earthly possessions are now destroyed.

Rebecca is the main provider to her family. She is not the kind of person to ask for help; rather she is the kind of person who helps others. She would do anything for anyone and always puts the needs of others, especially her family, above her own. For ten years, she has contributed her talents and skills to IWG.  She has stepped up when help was needed on any project, charity drive, or a few extra hands were needed to  meet other department deadlines.  She has saved the company millions of dollars through her hard work and commitment to her charge back role.  
 
Rebecca and her family will have a long road ahead of them to replace the basic goods, secure temporary housing, replace their house and possessions;  all while maintaining a sense a normalcy for her two grand kids.  

Victims of fires face tremendous emotional stress and financial costs. We hope this funds will alleviate some of the challenges they might face in the coming days and weeks ahead as they try to move on and rebuild their lives.
