The Rebecca Washington Memorial Scholarship will be an annual scholarship for high school students planning to attend college or students currently enrolled in college. Education was very important to Rebecca; she was an elementary school teacher in the DC area for over 35 years. This annual scholarship will ensure that students pursuing a college degree will have assistance in achieving their goals.
