Rebecca's campaign for Padoquohan Medicine Lodge

Want to join me in making a difference on the Shinnecock Reservation in Southampton, New York? I'm raising money to benefit a project spear headed by the Padoquohan Medicine Lodge,501 c 3 non-profit Native American organization and any donation will help make an positive impact on our sensitive and ancient lands and some of the Tribal Nation's struggling members. By this I mean that we all are supposed to help each other and no one should be neglected in this Tribal setting of ours. It happens though. That is where the Medicine Lodge comes in, to reach out to those in our community members who may be slipping through the cracks. One solution is to help place Tribal members where they most want to be and a lot of the time it is in the water. Yes, the sacred waters that surround our Reservation. My people love the water and will work hard to protect it. We must patrol the shellfish sanctuaries to protect from theft and encroachment  because we plan to seed waters with billions more clams, oysters, scallops etc.. We are fund raising for a small boat so that our team of 5 volunteers can monitor and keep safe our Tribal boundaries. This is vital to the protection of our aquaculture sustainability and it helps to take away the feeling of helplessness and hopelessness.  Please help and find out more.
