Rebecca's Mission Trip to Uganda

Howdy!
My name is Rebecca Elder and I am currently a senior at Texas A&M University. As some of you may know my heart has been directed towards the mission field lately. I have been praying over it and now this December the Lord has given me the opportunity to serve him.
I have recently found out that I will be traveling to Uganda to work with Lulwanda Children’s Home in Mbale, Uganda. This trip will take place December 18th and will go on for 10 days. The purpose of this trip is to take Christmas gifts to all the orphans at Lulwanda as well as put on a camp for the children while they are on a break from school.
I thank God for this opportunity that is before me and trust that He will meet my needs. Ultimately my prayer is that He will do that through you. I would be honored if you would partner financially and prayerfully with me in this ministry. I ask that you will pray for me each day until I return. I must also raise $2,800 by the time we leave. I would love all the support I can get.
I am so excited to see how God is going to use me and what He will teach me through this experience. My goal is to go as your representative of Jesus Christ and follow God’s plan for my life. I cannot wait to share the incredible stories of God’s work.
