Rebecca’s Wishes For Her Golden Retrievers
Donation protected
We are raising money to keep Rebecca Rogers wish alive! The wish to have her two beautiful Golden Retrievers cared for by me and my family.
In late July, Rebecca was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Though fighting the fight of her life, arrangements for her beloved golden retrievers started to be addressed. It was asked by Rebecca for my husband Pete, myself, and our 3 kids to take them in to our care and try to love them as much as she did, to which we whole heartedly agreed to do. Sadly, like most situations dealing with death, time was not on our side. Rebecca passed away in her home on the 2nd of December, with family, friends, and her pooches (Mason and Liam) close by.
Unfortunately arrangements and the funds to fufill her wishes for her two pooches hadn’t been completed.
I’m reaching out to all of Rebecca’s closest friends and family to help me carry out her final wishes. I currently rent a home where pets are not allowed. My landlord however, is working with me, somewhat. He has given my family and me 30 days to find a new residence or come up with $2000 for a nonrefundable pet deposit.
Please donate what you are able to as any little bit helps take some of the financial responsibility off of our family during this difficult time.
Thank you so much,
The Stoken Family
