Rebuild After Terrell Family Fire

Hi, my name is Benjamin Sellards and I am asking for your help. On the night of October 30th 2023 my life changed forever; I was awoken to a phone call that shattered the world as I knew it. Out of the ashes this is my new reality. My brother called me at 1:10am EST to inform me that our childhood home was up in flames.

My Grandparents, Marvin and Linda Terrell lived in this home along with my brother Bryson Sellards. My Aunt Lisa Creech was staying in the home at the time to recover from surgery for a broken ankle. My brother was able to jump from his balcony and rescue my grandparents, but the smoke was just too thick, and the flames too high for him to be able to get to my aunt in time. Sadly, the firefighters weren't able to get her out either and she didn't make it.

At this time, I'm asking for any help available at all to try and help my grandparents with starting to rebuild their lives from scratch; nothing from or of the home was salvageable. They had lived in the home for over 20 years; this is anyone's worse nightmare, not only did they lose a home but also their daughter. If you aren't able to give, please share this.
