Rebuild Albay: Support Typhoon Kristine Victims

"Help Rebuild Lives: Typhoon Devastation in Albay"

Today, October 22, 2024, Typhoon TRAMI (PH local name Kristine) left the people of Albay devastated after it destroyed livelihoods and houses and took away lives. After this day, my home province will be needing help to stand up again after this disaster.

We will be needing funds to send clean drinking water, food, medicine, and personal hygiene materials to the victims. Also, if this fundraising reaches its goal, we will try to donate more rubber boats for rescue operations since our province is a disaster-prone area. This is not the first time Albay has suffered from this; however, we can say that this is one of the worst typhoons that hit them. And since we see evidence of global warming and it is inevitable that there will be much worse typhoons than this in the future, we want to help make sure that we have at least some materials that we can use for rescue operations.
