Rebuild Anabella's Life After Altadena Fire Tragedy
Donation protected
My name is Wilder Foncea, and I want to introduce you to my incredible mother Annabella Garcia. Her home unfortunately, was in the path of the Eaton Canyon fire. Like so many, our lives have been forever changed by this tragic disaster. My heart has no words to make my mother’s anguish and pain go away. Starting from scratch at the age of 70 will be a difficult task, but my mom is resilient and the strongest person I have ever met. She has taught me more about overcoming adversity than any book, podcast, or person. She has been my friend, cheerleader, mentor, and hero. She is my heart. In the span of just a few hours, everything she had built for 15 years was taken from her by the Eaton Canyon fire. Her home along with her entire neighborhood, has been completely destroyed by this catastrophic tragedy.
My mother is the most compassionate and gentle soul I have ever known, and she would never ask for help herself. So, as her son, I am humbly reaching out to ask for support on her behalf. She now faces the overwhelming task of rebuilding her life from nothing, and any help—no matter how small—would mean the world to her and to our family.
This devastating loss is something no one should have to endure alone. If you can, please consider helping my mom through this unimaginable time. My heart and prayers are with everyone affected by this tragedy, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and generosity. Together, we can make a difference for my mom and others who are struggling. Thank you.
