Help Rebuild Billy and Aly's Home After Hurricane Beryl

Hello, my name is Melissa Farris. I have been friends with Aly for over 10 years. On July 8th, as a result of hurricane Beryl, a 70ft pine tree fell on Billy and Aly Rodgers’ home causing a complete loss of the master suite (bedroom and bathroom). The entirety of this area of the house is having to be completely rebuilt, and the contents inside all replaced. They were only able to salvage a few of their personal items, and are lucky to have a few of their casual clothing items. Their closet, and everything in it, was completely demolished. They lost most of their clothing, shoes, some jewelry, some cash from Aly’s recent bread sales, and sadly, some irreplaceable sentimental keepsake items. The tree completely detached the roof from part of the home, and it continued to rain for hours, ruining the contents of the room below (their master bedroom).

Billy and Aly are proud people, who don't often ask for help but in the wake of this massive loss, they have humbly decided to accept help.

They are working with insurance, but don't know how lengthy or smooth that process is going to be.
