Rebuild Carlies Garden

16 years ago a little girl only 11 years old decided to walk home from her friends house. Unfortunately she never made it home, her name was Carlie Brucia. Her body was found a week later in the woods behind the Central Church of Christ on proctor road in Sarasota, Florida. Her story became national news and then they erected a garden in her memory where she had been found. 
Time however has not been kind. This garden that stood for love and for safety, this place where we all once rallied every year to teach our children how to stay safe and have fun has all been forgotten. 
Now I ask you if you could find it in your heart to help rebuild, fix, and improve, this place. Not just for Carlie's memory but to serve as a reminder to keep our children safe. To be a place that we and our kids, community, and world can enjoy again! Anything helps! All renovations done so far have been out of pocket. Will post progress photos on our ig!
