Rebuild Cathy's Home ❤️

Hi my name is Emily and I have started this fundraiser all in the aim of helping my mum and sister save their home. I am of course helping out as much as can but cannot do it alone.

My mother Cathy is the most amazing woman I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She lost her husband, our Dad, in her 30s to cancer and has since then raised both myself and my sister on her own.

My mother herself has multiple disabilities as does my older sister Elaine, over the years they have both had multiple surgeries, hurdles to overcome and they have had ongoing issues as the years have passed but mum's disability especially has progressed massively in the last couple of years since covid and she can hardly walk.

Due to my mothers illness she can no longer work and struggles to get by at the best of times.

Recently, we found out the roof is rotton on our family home and needs to be fully replaced.

This has come as a huge stress and upset to us all.

This home has been adapted to meet their needs and really is their safe haven but without the money to repair the roof we are looking at a grave situation. I am distraught not to be able to just take care of myself.

We appreciate any donation big or small as every single penny helps towards protecting two vulnerable women keep their home and safe haven without having to worry about losing everything.
