Chef Jason Raffin was just weeks away from opening the new tasting room, Ursulas, located in Lahaina, Maui. The wildfire destroyed his home, commissary kitchen, and the private dining space he curated with love and care for the past 2 years. He escaped the fire with just the clothes on his back and a backpack packed with a passport and a couple of knives. Years of collecting plates, equipment, and crafts from local artists were gone within a couple of hours. Please help him rebuild his life and continue adding to the Maui Culinary Community.
