Elevation Health and Ashe CrossFit Impacted by Helene

Hurricane Helene devastated and affected millions of people’s lives across the Eastern U.S. Our daughter Maggi’s healthcare and fitness business, Elevation Health/Ashe CrossFit is one such business in West Jefferson, Ashe County, NC. A unique blend of health care and fitness, all in one facility. Elevation Health is Heather Peters, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP, CF-L2) and Maggi Birdsell, Registered Dietitian (RD, CDE, CF-L1).

Elevation Health/Ashe CrossFit had over a foot of Helene’s flood water inundate the building. Medical equipment and supplies, fitness apparatus and the physical structure were damaged by water and will have to be repaired or replaced. Ashe CrossFit’s slogan is “Everyone is Worthy. You Deserve the Best You. Rise Up!”
