Rebuild Evan James' Life: Eaton Fire Relief Fund

Hello,

My name is Drew Blackwell. I live in Los Angeles with my husband. My mother lives in North Hollywood and my brother lives in Altadena.

This week, my brother lost everything in the Eaton Fire—his home, his neighborhood, and the first guitar he ever made, along with all of his audio/music recordings.

As a musician and guitar craftsman, Evan's losses are unimaginable. He lost his most cherished books, all of his clothing and shoes, childhood toys and art work, a massive plant collection, recording equipment, vinyl records, priceless keepsakes, hard drives, singular copies of songs, and one of a kind photographs—irreplaceable pieces of his life. Other than a few mementos he grabbed on the way out, everything he owns is now gone.

Any donation you can make to offset this unfathomable loss would be so greatly appreciated.

All donated money will go directly to Evan so he can purchase new clothes, shoes, recording equipment, furniture, bedding, cookware, cups/plates, cutlery, storage containers, books, a laptop, eyeglasses, and so much more.

Evan is thankfully physically safe and is staying with our mother in North Hollywood indefinitely.

I know this account is one of hundreds competing for attention here in LA, but I'm just trying to do something to help him.
