Rebuilding Guiding Light Baptist Church

On Wed, October 23, 2024, Houston Fire Marshals came to our door to give us devastating news that our church, Guiding Light Baptist Church, had been burned down. We're located in the heart of Acres Homes, on the NW side of Houston, Tx. We don't know who or why someone would do this, but we do know we can't let the devil in hell think he won. Our church has been a haven of refuge for those who have been incarcerated, rejected and cast down by life’s circumstance I'm asking for you to open your hearts, to aid us and our church family with rebuilding our sanctuary. It is such a hurtful feeling, knowing our meeting place is gone. But we trust God that He will direct us accordingly as we rebuild. All donations accepted, whether monetary or building supplies, will be greatly needed and apprec
