Rebuild Hope: Aid Levi & Carol After Barn Fire

Early Monday morning, Aug 5th, Levi & Carol Schmitt woke up to a deputy at the door. Their six new chicken barns were fully engulfed in flames. The barns were in progress of being completed; electricity and propane had yet to be hooked up. The first set of chicks were scheduled to arrive in two weeks. The fire is still under investigation due to suspected arson. The barns are destroyed along with tools and equipment.

Insurance will pay for the clean up and rebuild of the barns. Any money given will be used for living expenses and to replace equipment and tools. They plan to rebuild as soon as possible. Thank you for all the prayers and support!
